Ironing out their face

This was a commission from from quite a while ago. You can tell it's in his older style. His art has matured quite a bit since this one. I miss seeing him upload art. He sort of fell off the planet. His art was getting SO GOOD too, and I know he was going to some great lengths to learn his new style. 
The artist I name below is not safe for work or young eyes. So click at your own risk. (He also seems to have a thing for impossibly endowed women stabbing each other to death while naked. So  it's more than just nudity)
Alas, this was yet another picture that was stolen by This is the original pic, here, hand drawnn by Richard. The reason I know hammond took the picture was because the version he stole was this one.

Richard added the background digitally. This is also the only place the image was posted when I noticed it go up on his account. 
I had to go LENGTHS for DA to remove the pic. Some of the examples I had to give were like this:

I even began packing the originals up so I could MAIL the physical original pieces before DA decided it was clear enough I owned the images to a degree. The art is copyright the artist but the characters are copyright ME and I DO have a say in where it is viewed. 
I am sure had gotten permission from Richard to post anything he has drawn at his own will. However he takes NO consideration as to "Does anyone else have any rights in this image? Ah who cares. IT'S MINE NOW!" In the end theft is theft. He saw an image on a website he does not own and posts someone elses art to inflate his own glory. It must make you wonder how many other "masterpieces": (I hate that word now because of him touting everything he posts as a masterpiece) he has no rights to. Theft is theft. In the previous art theft by another artist he could not even name the artist. Yet somehow two pics being removed from his account was not enough to get him BANNED. SInce he pays DA and has a lot of time here as well as millions of views and thousands of watchers he probably can't be banned. Sort of the online version of sucking someone's dick to not get fired. He wont lose any fans. He wont lose any views. That's part of the real injustice here.
It also makes me feel bad because I had a lot more respect for before hammond began posting all of his work. I thought Richard had more class than that.
